SmileCursor 尊重并保护您的隐私。应用的光标效果、屏幕演示、摄像头画面、按键显示及媒体处理均在您的 Mac 本地完成。
SmileCursor 不收集、上传、存储、出售或分享您的屏幕内容、摄像头画面、按键内容、导入文件、个人身份信息或使用分析数据，也不进行跨应用或跨网站追踪。应用不提供用户账户，也不连接开发者运营的遥测或用户数据服务器。
应用会在您的 Mac 本地保存功能开关、外观参数、快捷键等偏好设置，并读取您主动选择的光标图片或氛围媒体。上述内容不会上传至开发者服务器。您可以在应用内恢复默认设置；卸载应用并删除其本地容器可删除应用保存的本地数据。
您可以随时在“系统设置 → 隐私与安全性”中撤销相关权限。撤销权限后，对应功能可能无法使用，但不影响其他无需该权限的功能。
购买、订阅、续订、退款和付款信息由 Apple App Store 处理。SmileCursor 使用 StoreKit 读取 Apple 签名的产品信息、交易和当前权益状态，以决定是否解锁 Pro 功能。应用不会接收或保存您的银行卡号或完整付款资料。Apple 对交易与账户数据的处理受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
由于 SmileCursor 不运营用户账户、遥测服务或用户数据服务器，应用不会向开发者服务器传输上述内容，开发者也不会在服务器保留此类个人数据。若您需要处理 Apple 持有的购买或账户数据，请通过 Apple 提供的账户、订阅和退款渠道操作。
SmileCursor 是通用效率工具，并非专门面向儿童设计。由于应用不收集个人数据，我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
当应用功能、数据处理方式或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。新版本会在本页面公布并标明新的生效日期；如变化会实质影响您的权利，我们会通过适当方式提供提示。

SmileCursor respects your privacy. Cursor effects, presentation overlays, camera video, keystroke visualization, and imported media are processed locally on your Mac.
SmileCursor does not collect, upload, store, sell, or share screen content, camera video, keystrokes, imported files, personal identifiers, or analytics data. It does not track users across apps or websites. The app has no user accounts and does not connect to developer-operated telemetry or user-data servers.
The app stores preferences such as feature toggles, appearance settings, and shortcuts locally on your Mac. It can read cursor images or atmosphere media that you explicitly select. This content is not uploaded to a developer server. You can reset settings in the app, and you can remove app data by uninstalling the app and deleting its local container.
You can revoke permissions at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security. The related feature may stop working after permission is revoked, while unrelated features remain available.
Apple processes purchases, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and payment details. SmileCursor uses StoreKit to read Apple-signed product, transaction, and entitlement information in order to unlock Pro features. SmileCursor does not receive or store card numbers or complete payment details. Apple’s handling of account and transaction data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
Because SmileCursor operates no user accounts, telemetry services, or user-data servers, the content described above is not transmitted to or retained on developer servers. To manage purchase or account data held by Apple, use Apple’s account, subscription, and refund services.
SmileCursor is a general productivity utility and is not directed specifically to children. Because the app does not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
We may update this policy when the app, its data practices, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published here with a new effective date. We will provide an appropriate notice if a change materially affects your rights.
