下载、安装或使用 SmileCursor 即表示您同意本条款以及适用的 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。如本条款与 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议冲突，以适用法律及 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议为准。
SmileCursor 提供免费功能和可选的 Pro 权益。Pro 可通过月度自动续期订阅、年度自动续期订阅或终身非消耗型 App 内购买获得。具体权益以购买时应用内付费墙的说明为准；实际价格、币种和税费以 Apple App Store 购买确认界面为准。
符合 Apple 资格条件的新订阅用户可以获得应用内所示的免费试用。免费试用资格由 Apple 判断，同一订阅组通常只能享受一次介绍性优惠。
月度和年度订阅会在免费试用或当前订阅周期结束时自动续订，并由 Apple 向您的 Apple Account 收费，除非您在续订前通过 Apple 的订阅管理页面取消。取消后，Pro 权益通常持续至已支付周期结束。卸载应用不会自动取消订阅。
您可以在应用内点击“管理订阅”，或访问 Apple 订阅管理查看、变更或取消订阅。
终身会员为一次性非消耗型 App 内购买，向完成购买的 Apple Account 提供当前 SmileCursor 产品中持续可用的 Pro 权益。终身购买不代表对未来独立应用、另行销售的产品或第三方付费服务的永久授权。退款或交易被 Apple 撤销后，相应权益可能被撤销。
经 Apple 签名验证的原始购买版本为 2.1.8 或更早版本的用户，将继续获得永久 Pro 权益，无需再次购买。应用内会显示“初始会员 · 已升级永久 Pro”。该资格以 Apple 返回并通过验证的原始应用交易信息为准。
您可以在应用内使用“恢复购买”同步符合条件的订阅、终身购买或老买断权益。付款、账单、退款和订阅资格由 Apple 处理；退款资格及结果由 Apple 决定。需要申请退款时，请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com。
SmileCursor 仅授予您一项有限的、非独占且不可转让的使用许可。您不得利用应用从事违法活动、侵犯第三方权利、绕过购买验证、破坏安全机制、恶意逆向工程，或干扰应用及 App Store 服务。适用法律明确允许的行为不受本条限制。
我们会尽合理努力维护应用，但不保证所有功能在所有设备、系统版本或第三方软件环境中始终无中断运行。系统权限、macOS 更新、硬件能力或第三方服务变化可能影响部分功能。我们可能修复、调整、增加或停止功能，但不会据此减少用户依法享有的权利。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，SmileCursor 按现状提供；其他保证与责任限制适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议。
我们可能在产品、计费方式或法律要求变化时更新本条款。更新后的版本会在本页面公布并标明新的生效日期。对已生效订阅或购买的处理仍受适用法律和 Apple 的规则约束。

By downloading, installing, or using SmileCursor, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Apple Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, applicable law and the Apple Standard EULA control.
SmileCursor provides free features and optional Pro access through monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions or a lifetime non-consumable in-app purchase. The paywall describes the benefits available at purchase. Actual prices, currencies, and taxes are shown in the App Store purchase confirmation interface.
Eligible new subscribers may receive the free trial shown in the app. Apple determines eligibility, and an introductory offer is generally available once per subscription group.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of a trial or paid period and are charged to your Apple Account unless canceled through Apple’s subscription management before renewal. After cancellation, Pro access generally remains available until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Use “Manage Subscription” in the app or visit Apple subscription management to view, change, or cancel a subscription.
Lifetime access is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that provides continuing Pro access within the current SmileCursor product for the purchasing Apple Account. It does not grant rights to separate future apps, separately sold products, or third-party paid services. Access may be revoked if Apple refunds or revokes the transaction.
Customers whose Apple-verified original app purchase version is 2.1.8 or earlier retain permanent Pro access without another purchase. The app displays “Original Member · Permanent Pro Upgrade.” Eligibility depends on original app transaction information returned and verified by Apple.
Use “Restore Purchases” in the app to synchronize eligible subscriptions, lifetime purchases, or original-customer access. Apple processes payments, billing, refunds, and subscription eligibility and determines refund outcomes. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
SmileCursor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not use it for unlawful activity, infringe third-party rights, bypass purchase verification, defeat security controls, maliciously reverse engineer the app, or interfere with the app or App Store services. This restriction does not limit conduct expressly permitted by applicable law.
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the app but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every device, system version, or third-party environment. System permissions, macOS updates, hardware capabilities, or third-party services may affect features. We may fix, change, add, or discontinue features without limiting rights provided by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmileCursor is provided as is; additional warranties and liability limitations are governed by the Apple Standard EULA.
We may update these Terms when the product, billing model, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be published here with a new effective date. Existing subscriptions and purchases remain subject to applicable law and Apple’s rules.
